Rules of French billiards
French billiards aims to score points by making “caroms,” striking both of the other balls successively with your own. Three balls are used: two white balls for the players and one red ball. Each successful carom earns one point. Fouls award a point to the opponent, who may reposition the balls. The game ends when a player reaches a predetermined number of points.
