Stella Baby-Foot Tour experience
The first inter-company table football tournament
Stella decided to create a new table football tournament with Tourcoing Entreprendre and the city if Tourcoing.
An inter-company tournament that brings together 150 companies from the Hauts de France region and the surrounding area. This is perfect opportunity to measure yourself against other companies.
There will be 150 teams of 2 players. It will take place on Friday 16 September 2022 from 1pm to 8pm.
A mythical place on the occasion of the Heritage Days
This tournament will take place in a mythical place of Tourcoing, the town hall. It is a historical monument that was built in the 19th century by Charles Maillard. Located in the heart of Tourcoing, this site is accessible by tram, metro, bus and car. Let's go!

The organisers
Tournament activities
Tournament
Stella Baby-Foot has joined forces with Tourcoing Entreprendre and the city of Tourcoing to organise a tournament never before seen in France. Whether you are an amateur or a professional, join us and compete with the 150 teams present on this day who, like you, have come to play and share good times around a table football. You will have the opportunity to face a dozen teams before qualifying for the group stages until the final.
Networking room
The principle of this competition is not only to show that you are baby pros but also to have fun playing. A networking room will be available for you to exchange freely with the companies present during the tournament and why not initiate new collaborations.
Food and drink stand
And for those who want more, there will be a food stand on the day. We'll keep you updated on all the partners of this event on the Facebook event page.
The course of the tournament
How will the tournament be run?
There are 150 teams divided into 15 pools of 10 teams. They are formed for qualification for the final stages. The first two teams in each pool and the two best third-placed teams will qualify for the 1/16th finals and the knockout matches. Beware, the level will be high.
What are the rules of the tournament?
Article 1: The commitment
This is done by a coin toss. The team that starts the game places the ball on the halves. The ball is stopped.
Article 2: The "loan"
For any engagement or restart, the player must ask "ready" and wait for the opponent's response: "ready".
Article 3: Change of place
It is only allowed to change places in the team (front/back) during a commitment or a time-out.
Article 4: The halves
The goals of the halves are valid only in the following situations: If the halves score against their own side. If the ball shot by the halves is deflected by the opposing halves. If the ball, before entering the goal, is deflected by the goalkeeper or a back player.
Article 5: The pissettes
Shots from front wingers (pissettes) are allowed on both sides.
Article 6: Trade-ins
Retakes are allowed.
Article 7: Rolls
Rolls are permitted provided the bar does not rotate more than once before and after the hit.
Article 8: The table football bowl
The ball in and out of the goal is worth only one point. However, it is advisable to re-commit to the halves.
Article 9: Resetting the game
If a ball is stuck between two bars or goes out of bounds, it is given to the backs of the opposing side where it is stuck. A ball that has come to rest or gone out of play between the half-back bars is given to the half-backs who had the previous engagement.
Article 10 (the most important): lobs
The achievement of a lob, i.e. the ball entering a goal by passing over the goal bar, earns two points.
Prohibitions (with a penalty of one point) :
Putting hands into the table during the game. Attempting to distract the opponent (spinning the bar, vibrating the foosball table, banging the foosball table by the opposing half-backs or backs on the foosball table posts, whistling, aggressive behaviour, etc.).
What are the registration requirements?
To register for the Baby-Foot Tour, you must be a minimum of two players per team and represent a company. The number of teams is limited to 3 per company. The cost of participation is 90€ per team, i.e. 45€ per player. It is essential to register in advance to participate in the tournament.
