Sensational Tournament at At Home Bière : When Foosball Brings Generations Together!

It was madness this Friday at At Home Bière in Roncq! Sixteen teams battled it out in an incredible foosball tournament organized in the seminar room of the workshop.

At Home Bière's Success Continues to Grow

Since 2014, At Home Bière has been continuously expanding to offer its customers an ever richer experience. The workshop in Bondues, which became too small, has been replaced by a brand-new space in Roncq. Larger and more welcoming, it features a brewing workshop with a central island, a bar, a craft beer cellar, and a seminar room ideal for businesses.

In this room, the foosball tournament took place, bringing together players of all ages and skill levels. The goal? To have a great time in a friendly atmosphere, united by a common passion.

After intense group stages, the teams competed in a Swiss-style tournament, a system borrowed from football. Tension was palpable, but fair play and good spirits prevailed.

In the end, it was a surprising duo that emerged victorious: a 9-year-old boy and his father! A beautiful testament to the fact that foosball passion knows no age and that this sport is above all a way to come together as family and friends.

Participants were able to grab a bite to eat from the food truck "Miam le Truck" on-site and enjoy the delicious craft beers from At Home Bière. It was a great opportunity to continue the conversations and share a convivial moment over a drink.

To top it all off, Alexis Callewaert, former European billiards champion, was present to offer his advice to players on the new Scipion billiards at the workshop. This elegant 2.10m American billiards table, entirely made in France, delighted the billiards enthusiasts in attendance.

The victory wasn't the only thing that mattered during this tournament, but the prizes at stake certainly added to the excitement of the participants.

The grand winners received two trophies engraved with the image of the tournament: the AT HOME BABY TOUR, along with a beer brewing workshop to learn the secrets of crafting this beloved beverage. Something to boast about to their friends and continue the tradition over a good brew!

The runners-up, on the other hand, received two custom bottle openers in the colors of LOSC, the local football team, along with a pack of craft beers to console them for their defeat. A prize that still allows them to savor the moment and share a convivial time with friends.

Finally, the third-place teams received vintage foosball rulebooks to refine their knowledge of the game and a pack of craft beers to cool off after the effort.
