Until 1995 the players were molded on the bars. Subsequently, to facilitate their maintenance, players were screwed on the bars. Here are some pictures of the two models below.

The bars with molded players are no longer for sale. You can, however, buy bars as well as new players on our website in the category Spare parts.

The very first Baby-Foot Stella in 1928 had a rectangular shape. These baby football are now offered on our website under the name "Stella Retro".

The mythical "boat" form of the Baby Foot Stella appeared in 1959.

If your table football is equipped with ashtrays, you can quickly estimate its date of manufacture. Three types of ashtrays have been produced over different periods. They differentiate themselves by the writing which is engraved on it:

  • From 1928 to 1970: "Paris" The Baby Foot Stella were first made in our capital!

  • From 1970 to 2016: "Oye-Plage": The workshops were repatriated to Oye Beach, on the side of opal in 1970.

  • From 2016: "Tourcoing": The workshops were moved a second time into the city of Tourcoing in 1995. However, the ashtrays did not have the brand "Tourcoing" and very recently from 2016.

Unfortunately, we can not date a table football compared to the serial number because the archives have lost over the 90 years of Stella's history. However, if you have information that can help us trace the history of our table football, we will be delighted to receive them.
